Lot 2. FL Military commander at Anse-au-Veau, 17 December 1793, to Civil Commission at Cayes, free on his inscription. Very nice strike of "NIPPES", Jamet #3 for this town, rarity 6. Letter is clean and sound except for horizontal file fold near bottom. Contents in French, neat handwriting.
