Lot 51. Postage due USA-Port-au-Prince. US stamp partially damaged and postage due of 6 centimes paid by J1 (x3) with ms. cancel. Also in ms. “6” to indicate postage due. Back stamped Port au Prince, November 8, 1899. Difficult item!
