Lot 4. Letter from General Thouvenot at Port au Prince 17 June 1803 to General Quantin at Fort Liberte on military stationery, stamp on reverse of “Etat Major General”, see Jamet #25 in franks and countersigns section. Item is very clean and sound. The seal is somewhat over inked and difficult to read. Contents about a half page in small, neat writing that should be easily read, and letter is signed by Thouvenot. Item is very clean and sound.
