Lot 14. Cover, Port au Prince to Paris 9 March 1895, double rate paid by 20 centimes perf. Liberty Head, issue of 1882-1886 plate III. Late usage. Stamp is a four full margins copy and is tied by P au P date stamp. Part of a Paris date stamp on front and clear New York Foreign Transit date stamp on reverse. Cover is neat, clean, and sound with an ironed out vertical file fold and some minor wrinkles. F to VF.
