June 2015 Society Auction

Lot 5. Cover with strip of four Scott #147, 2c lemon yellow, and one #149, 7c green, to pay postage Cap Haitien to Le Havre, 10 April 1912. Apparently found to be double weight; postage due markings and 30 centimes in French postage due stamps added (15 centimes short, doubled). Nice Cap Haitian cancels on Haitian stamps and Le Havre cancel on postage dues. Clean, neat, and attractive.
