Lot 20. Wrapper addressed to Leon Montes, En Ville, rate paid by 1c overprint on 50, Scott #254, 1c in red on 50c, year on P au P date stamp is 1918. Overprint is double. Wrapper is neat and sound, stamp is tied by cancel, which is not all legible. Stamp overhangs top of wrapper but is not damaged. Scarce & almost VF.
