Lot 5. FL, first page with date and origin missing, Jamet #3 town marking for Port au Prince, to Montrouit, manuscript 'renvoi' and 2 escalins due. Letter was charged double rate? Contains 2 1/2 pages in French, probably not too difficult to read. Nice strike of this somewhat crude marking for Port au Prince. The item is clean and sound and VF.
