Lot 77. Revenue Stamps. Effets de Commerce revenue stamp of 1892 (#SD3, number 14-15) with a 2c surcharge that transformed it into a Quittance (Receipt) type of revenue stamp (#94 and #95). Lot includes a 2c/35c horizontal strip of five and a 2c/70c bottom block of thirty. All mounted on an album page and in VF condition.
