Local cover, Port au Prince, 9 March 1920, "En Ville" paid by pair of Scott #308, 5c overprint in magenta on 50c postage due for regular postal service, plus a mint and a used copy of the stamp. Cover is hingeless mounted and stamps are lightly hinge mounted on album page, clean, sound, and VF.
