Lot 93. Cover sheet only, St. Louis (South) to Cayes, nice strike of Jamet #8 for St. Louis rarity 5. No due marking, but addressed to a Civil Commissioner and may have gone free of charge. Clean and sound and a nice example of a scarce marking, clean example of two scarce markings, and an unusual destination.
